Ah Sundays, oh how I love thee! Had a gig the night before and as I awoke this morning, I felt like I had a hangover, ugh!!! I am getting a cold.
So I slept til 1pm. Yep I did and I am not afraid to admit it. Moms and Dads out there, when can you really sleep? I haven’t slept since my kids were born. I swear I sleep with my eyes open.
But this day, I slept and I had dreams of Hawaii. It was incredible. When I woke up again at 1pm, I was sleepy but felt so much better.
So how do you make yourself feel better? Is it healthy or destructive? Is it just sleep that you need or do you need to refresh your life?
